Human Rights Commissioner examines Switzerland's policy on discrimination

Bern. Council of Europe Human Rights Commissioner Thomas Hammarberg will review Switzerland's policy and practice in the fight against discrimination from 20 to 23 February 2012. The focus will be on the areas of racism and xenophobia. This visit takes place as part of reviews of the humans right situation by the Council of Europe to which all member states are subjected. The last review for Switzerland took place in 2004.
